Angela Wallace, Principal

Angela Wallace has 20 years of experience in education throughout the Houston Metropolitan area. In her career, Mrs. Wallace has served as a teacher, Instructional Interventionist, Dyslexia Specialist, Reading Specialist, Curriculum Writer, Assistant Principal, and Fort Bend ISD Advisory Council Member. Before joining FBISD as a Reading Specialist, Mrs. Wallace began her career as a classroom teacher in Houston ISD, and later served as an Instructional Interventionist in Alief ISD.

Mrs. Wallace earned her Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degrees from Louisiana State University.

Hello James Patterson Elementary Family!

It is my privilege to serve as the Assistant Principal of James Patterson Elementary. This school year marks my 26th year dedicated to the families of Fort Bend ISD. Before transitioning into school administration eight years ago, I spent eighteen wonderful years in the classroom teaching second, third, and fourth grades. 

I am excited to partner with Mrs. Wallace to lead our talented educators and staff. Together, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment where every student feels valued.

I look forward to collaborating closely with parents, volunteers, and the entire JPE community to make this a successful year.
